摘要
针对2起由于TA、TV二次回路两点接地引发的继电保护误跳闸事故,分析二次回路两点接地引发事故的原因,提出不同互感器二次回路接地的要求,给出变电站运行维护各环节可采取的防范措施。
As for two trip out accidents caused by TA,TV secondary circuit grounding two-point earthing,this paper analyzes the causes,and advances the request of different transformer secondary circuit earthing,and presents the counter measures during various parts of operation and maintenance in substation.
