摘要
分布式发电的接入改变了配电系统的潮流分布和短路电流分布。现有的配电保护必须进行调整与改变才能保证配电网的安全稳定运行和发挥分布式发电应有的优越性。通过分布式电源对配电系统保护、重合闸的影响分析,提出利用电抗器高阻抗值的特性,限制分布式电源提供的短路电流,从而有效地解决分布式电源与保护之间的协调性问题。通过对一个实例的电抗器的计算和分析,验证了此方法的可行性。
With the distributed generation connected, the power flow and fault current in utility distribution network will be changed. In order to guarantee the security and stability of utility distribution network and realize the advantage of the distributed generation, existing distribution network protection should be adjusted. By the analysis of the effect on the distributed generation on distribution protection and reclosing, this paper presents a method to limit the short-circuit current using the quality of reactor's high reactance value, which coordinates successfully between the distributed generation and distribution protection. At last, an example about the calculation and analysis of a reactor is used to evaluate feasibility of the proposed method.
