摘要
为了有效限制城区配电网中接地故障电流,提高补偿装置的可靠性和实用性,阐述了小电流接地系统中接地变压器、调容式自动调谐消弧补偿装置的构成和机理,介绍了在某城区配电网中的应用,通过对现场运行参数的测试与分析,结合城区配电网的特点,对装置动作时间、定值及与出线零序电流保护的配合进行了研究和探讨,提出了电缆线路零序电流保护作用于跳闸的建议,现场运行效果良好。调容式自动补偿装置在城区配电网中有广泛的应用前景。
To limit the grounding fault current in urban distribution network efficiently and improve practicality and the reliahility of compensation device, the composition and mechanism of grounding transformer and arc suppression compensation device of automatic tuning with tuning capacitor type in small current neutral grounding system was elaborated, and their application in the urban distribution network was introduced. Through the test and analysis of operating parameters and combined with the characteristics of llrban distribution network, the coordination of operating time, settings and zero sequence current protection was studied and discussed, the suggestion about zero sequence current protection of cable line to be taken effect of tripping operation was presented and the operation effect for it on-the-spot was good. The application of compensation device of automatic tuning with tuning capacitor type in urban distribution network has extensive prospect.
