摘要
基于对传统质量成本模型的深入研究分析,从顾客满意度的角度进行模型优化。在之前的顾客满意度质量成本模型不足之处基础上,提出了基于顾客满意度的质量成本优化模型,这一模型更加贴近实际,有更大的操作性。
Based on the traditional quality cost models, this article focuses on customer satisfaction. In the previous, customer satisfaction in the quality cost model is inadequate, but this article proposes a quality customer satisfaction model based on the cost optimization model. This model is more close to reality, and there is a greater maneuverability.
