摘要
为了进一步研究质量管理与质量成本的关系,提升质量管理水平。引入质量管理可靠性,来定量评价产品寿命周期内的质量管理工作,并依据质量管理可靠性与质量成本存在的关系,建立了新的质量成本模型,给出了该模型动态优化流程,实现了质量成本优化与质量改进的统一。实例验证表明,该模型是可行的和有效的。
In order to further study the relation between the quality control and the cost,the reliability of the quality control is proposed to evaluate the quality control in the life circle of products,by which the level of quality control could be improved. In this paper, need model of the quality cost has been established based on the relation between the reliability of quality control and the quality cost, whose dynamic optimization flow is obtained. Moreover, the optimization of quality cost and the promotion of quality have been realized through the flow. Eventually, feasibility and validity of this model has been verified by concrete examples.
