摘要
阐述传统质量成本理论模型的形成及其存在问题,对基于田口损失函数、K.K.Govil函数、指数函数、Cobb-Douglas生产函数建立的不同质量成本模型的评析,解释了各个模型的优缺点及在实际应用中存在的问题,通过模型间的比较,建立一个新的质量成本模型选择表,为企业根据自身的情况选择最适宜的质量成本数学模型提供科学的方法。
The formation and problems of traditional quality cost models are described. Models based on Taguchi losing function, K. K, Covil function, exponential function, Cobb - Douglas producing function are appraised, and their advantages and disadvantages, as well as problems in application are explained. Based on such comparisons, a new table of quality cost models is built, which can provide an enterprise with a scientific method to choose the most proper quality cost model.
