摘要
统计资料和问卷调查定量表明,我国建筑工程质量管理受到日益广泛的关注,工程质量总体水平大幅提高。然而,行业内人士对质量管理的经济性认识普遍较低。调查结果统计分析还揭示了各种承包方式中,施工总承包对质量成本影响最大,代建制模式下返工成本最高,而建设各阶段对质量成本的影响无显著性差异。尽管目前对质量成本作全面统计、核算的建筑企业几乎没有,但调查结果却反映出了质量成本管理的必要性和潜在需求。
Statistical data and survey results revealed that attentions taken on the quality management in construction engineering had been increasing and construction quality had been improved greatly. However, members in construction industry have little cognizance of quality e-conomy. The statistical analysis of results also indicates that construction-contract affects quality cost most in all contract patterns, and the rework cost is largest in CM model, and each construction process affects the quality cost with same magnitude. Although there is no construction company has comprehensive statistic and assess of quality cost, the necessity and potential demands are reflected from this survey results.
