摘要
旅游业作为一种跨学科的行业,人才的多样化将会是未来旅游业人才发展的趋势,而且对从业人员的综合素质也提出了更高的素质。作为高校旅游管理专业的学生辅导员,在督促学生完成教学计划、锻炼和提高自己的专业能力的同时,必须锻炼学生能力,同时强化学生的道德观念教育,培养学生信用观念,从德育方面提高学生的综合素质。
As an cross-subject industry, diversity of tourism talents is a trend of tourism personnel development in the future, which will ask tourism employees have high qualities. So counsellors of tourism specialty should ask students not only finish teaching plans to improve professional abilities, but also strengthen moral ideas and credit consciousness to improve comprehensive qualities of students using moral education.
