摘要
加入WTO标志着中国开始更广泛、更深入地参与经济全球化,这将为中国经济的发展和西部大开发战略的实施提供有利时机。西部地区要抓住加入WTO的机遇实现大开发,关键是树立市场观念和信用观念,掌握市场经济的运行规律,切实转变政府职能,改革政府管理体制,营造一个高效公平的市场经济环境。
China's entry into WTO starts its participation in economic globalization on a wider scale and at a higher level,which provides itself with a hard-to-get chance to fuel the national economy and develop the west region of the country.To do a good job in the development of west China,the most critical things the locals should do are individual introduction of market and credit notions,mastery of market law,shift of the governmental roles,restructuring of the adminstrative system and establishment of a fair and effecient environment needed by market economy.
