摘要
本研究用鸡卵蛋白、糊精、纤维素、淀粉等原料,以NaH2PO4为唯一磷源,通过调节日粮磷和维生素D3的水平设置8种精制饲料,研究了饲料中的P和维生素D3含量对尼罗罗非鱼生长以及磷收支的影响.结果表明:(1)尼罗罗非鱼对P的最适需要的质量分数为7%,对维生素D3的最适需要量为104IU/kg左右;(2)尼罗罗非鱼对P的消化率随P和维生素D3含量的增加而升高;(3)饲料中的P和维生素D3含量对尼罗罗非鱼P收支产生显著影响.根据实验结果提出5条措施,以减少养殖过程中磷的排放.
Nile Tilapia were used as experiment objects and egg white,dextrin,cellulose and starch as raw materials basal diets were set as control.Tested diets were wheat basal diets mixed with different levels of NaH2PO4 as the only phosphorus source.By regulating the level of phosphorus and vitamin D3 to set up eight purified diets,the effects of phosphorus and vitamin D3 in diet on the growth and phosphorus budget in Nile Tilapia were researched.The experiment period was 47 d.The results showed that compared with control the optimal levels of phosphorus and vitamin D3 for Nile Tilapia were about 0.7% and 104 IU/kg,respectively.The digestibility coefficient of phosphorus in Nile Tilapia would increase as the phosphorus concentration increase.Phosphorus and vitamin D3 concentrations in diets could significantly affect the phosphorus budget of Nile Tilapia.According to the results,five measurements to reduce discharging of phosphorus during the culture process were proposed.
