鲤鱼对不同磷源磷生物学利用率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择50 g左右的建鲤,随机分成10个处理,每个处理4重复,每重复放鱼12尾,在基础饲料的配方中加入非植酸磷(NPP)含量为0.10%,0.20%的参试物,参试物为磷酸二氢钙、磷酸氢钙、磷酸钙、磷酸一、二钙、骨粉,试验期60 d,以增重率和椎骨磷含量为指标,进行磷酸盐生物学效价的评定。结果表明,不同含磷矿物质对其相对生物学利用率(RBV)影响差异显著(P<0.05)。5种磷源进行检验后得知,磷酸二氢钙的RBV最高,其次是磷酸一、二钙,磷酸氢钙居中,以增重率为指标则磷酸钙的RBV最低,以椎骨磷含量为指标则骨粉的RBV最低。结果与各种含磷矿物质饲料的表观消化率较为一致。 The 480 carps in the same size were allotted into 10 groups. All phosphates were added to the basal diet to supply 0.10%, 0.20% levels of NPP respectively. Each of the test diets was fed to 48 carps in each treatment. After 60 days, the RBV of phosphates was determined by the body weight gain and phosphorus in the vertebra. The result showed that the RBV of different phosphates were significantly different, the monocalcium phosphate's was the highest, the mixture of monocalcium phosphate and dicalcium phosphate the second, the dicalcium phosphate third, the bone meal lowest. The RBV of calcium phosphate was the lowest when the body weights gain was as a reference index, and the bone meal's was the lowest when the phosphorus in the vertebra was as a reference index. This result agreed with the apparent digestibility of phosphates determined in carp diets.
