摘要
试验研究证明,当饲料中磷含量不足时,鱼体在糖酵解过程中的磷酸化作用减弱,脂肪酸氧化受到抑制,葡萄糖异生作用增加,造成鱼营养不良,体重增长缓慢;如磷含量过多时,又会导致血钙降低,诱发甲状旁腺机能亢进,使鱼能量消耗增加,而不得不依靠刺激葡萄糖异生作用弥补其耗损。饲料中含磷量537mg/100g时,鱼代谢正常、发育好、生长快、产量可提高20~30%。
On the basis of the demand measurement of phosphorus in the diet for growth of Tilapia nilo-tica in 1983. This research was aimed at the relationships of the two selected phosphorus supllies in diet with the contents of Protein and lipid in tissue, the changes of hapatic enzyme activities and growth of T. nilotica. The results showed as following: In case of the diet contained a dificient amount of phosphorus,the glycolysis was slow down, the fatty acid oxidation was inhibted and the glyconeogenesis was enhanced, so that the body weight increased tardily as the fishs got into malmutrition. In case of it was oversupplied in diet, which could gave raise to disorder in metabolism as the hyperParathyroidism was induced by hypocalcemia.
As an appropriate amount of Phosphorus in diet was in 537mg/100 , the fishes developed well and grew rapidily. The output increased by 20-30%.
