药物配合高频电波刀宫颈术后疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高频电波刀(LEEP)术后创面愈合和脱痂期的出血等情况。方法随机将病例分为两组,观察组行宫颈LEEP刀锥形切除,术后定期门诊爱宝疗浓缩液及双唑泰栓上药,共68例;对照组单纯行宫颈LEEP刀锥形切除,共52例。结果术后观察组患者阴道排液时间、术后阴道流血时间、术后1个月内白带常规异常的例数均少于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组未发生一例创面瘢痕样肉芽增生。结论宫颈LEEP治疗术后创面定期爱宝疗及双唑泰栓换药明显缩短了阴道排液时间、出血时间,并可减少瘢痕组织生成,效果良好,明显减轻了患者的痛苦,有利于创面的愈合,值得推广。
