Evaluation of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure Combined with Policresulen Solution in the Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasm

摘要 采用 L EEP术联合爱宝疗液对宫颈上皮内瘤变 ( CINI、CINII、CINIII及原位癌 )患者进行治疗 ,观察手术时间、出血量、及术后修复情况 ,并对其疗效进行了回顾性分析。结果显示 ,LEEP术联合爱宝疗液治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变安全有效 ,操作简单 ,止血效果好 ,值得推广。 Patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasm underwent LEEP combined with policresulen solution. The effects of treatment were analyzed retrospectively. LEEP combined with policresulen solution is a safe and effective method in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm. LEEP was easy to operate, efficient in hemostasis. It is worthy of popularizing.
