摘要
目的总结宫颈电环切除术(LEEP术)联合爱宝疗液治疗宫颈病变的疗效。方法采用LEEP术联合爱宝疗液对231例宫颈病变患者进行治疗,包括慢性宫颈炎(宫颈外翻、宫颈内膜异位症、复发性及难治性宫颈炎)、宫颈赘生物(大息肉、多发性息肉、宫颈肌瘤)、宫颈湿疣、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)等,对其疗效做回顾性分析。结果LEEP术无需麻醉,手术时间短,平均37min,联合爱宝疗液治疗,出血少,平均56ml,并发症少,一次性治愈率较高。结论LEEP术联合爱宝疗液治疗宫颈病变安全有效,规范手术步骤,注意术后随访,可获得满意疗效。
Objective:To summarize the effects of LEEP combined with policresulen solution in treatment of cervical diseases.Methods:231 patients with cervical diseases underwent LEEP combined with policresulen solution. The cervical lesions included chronic cervicitis(cervical eversion, cervical endometriosis, recurrent cervical cervicitis and intractable cervicitis), cervical neoplasm(big ployps,multiple ployps and cervical leiomyoma), cervical condyloma acuminatum, cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN). The effects of treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The procedure time of LEEP was short and about 3.7 minutes without anesthesia. The bleeding of LEEP combined with policresulen solution was 5.6ml, the complications were few and the cure rate was high.Conclusion:LEEP combined with policresulen solution is a safe and effective method in treatment of cervical diseases. Standardization of operation procedure and the follow-up can get satisfactory effects.
