摘要
反租倒包在农村土地流转的实践中脱颖而出。其原因有两个方面:一是农民自发的转让、转包、出租等土地流转形式几乎不能形成土地规模化经营;二是反租倒包能产生较好的经济效益。
Contract after rent in the countryside la nd circulation practice blooming. Its reason has two aspects; first, land circulation forms and so on farmer＇s spontaneous transfer, subcontract, hiring cannot form the land formalization management nearly. Second, Contract after rent can have the good economic efficiency.
