摘要
构建高绩效知识型团队是一种组织创新、制度创新和管理创新,其基础和前提在于厘清团队建设的相关问题,明晰团队建设的逻辑思路。本文重点分析了高绩效知识型团队及其成员的特点,探讨了影响团队功能与成效的主要问题,依据团队建设的基本原理,提出了如何优化团队建设的具体对策。
Building high - performance knowledge - based team is an innovation of the organization, system and management. The foundation and precondition is to smooth the theory regarding team and to express clearly the logic thinking about its building. This article puts special stress on analyzing the characteristic of high - performance knowledge - based team, discusses that the practical predicament limits the function and effect of this mode. Based on the team building theory, this paper also puts forward the effective to improve it
