摘要
借助三阶段DEA方法,剔除外部环境因素和统计噪声的影响,测度林果业科研团队各决策单元的协同创新绩效,并对各决策单元的技术效率进行分解,分析团队协同创新技术效率较低的主因。研究表明:(1)投入变量调整前后团队协同创新绩效具有明显差异;(2)规模效率较低是导致当前林果业科技团队成员协同创新效率较低的最主要原因。具体来看,林果业科研团队成员综合技术效率仅为0.3623,具有63.77%的提升空间,纯技术效率高达98%,表现良好,规模效率仅为0.3663,成为导致团队协同创新效率较低的主因。
This paper, with the aid of the three phase DEA method to eliminate the external environment factors and the effect of statistical noise, measures the collaborative innovation performance of each decision units and decompose the tech- nical efficiency of each decision units, analyze the main reason for the low technology efficiency. The result shows that : ( 1 ) Collaborative innovation performance have obvious difference in data before and after adjustment; (2) lower scale efficiency is the main reason which lead to the low Collaborative innovation performance in the current fruit industry National innovative research team. The specific terms, the units of fruit industry innovative research team' s comprehensive technical efficiency is only 0.3623, With 63.77% space of ascension, pure technical efficiency is as high as 98%, the performance good, scale efficiency of just 0.3663, and become the main reason to the low Collaborative innovation efficiency.
