文章阐述如何建立与完善高校班级心理委员制度,并建议从制度保证、广泛宣传、措施激励三方面推动这一制度的规范化和长效化发展。
This article discusses how to build and perfect class psychology commissioner system. Pro- ceeding from responsibility positioning, selecting and training, the author suggests pushing forward the standardization and long- acting effects of the system through system guarantee, extensive public- ity and incentive measures.
