摘要
通过对陕西2002年投入产出表的分析,利用投入产出分析法计算了陕西能源行业的投入效应、产出效应、产业关联效应及收入分配效应。据其结果认为:能源开发行业有较高的前向和后向关联关系,能拉动其他产业的投资,其自身产出也能促进其他产业的发展,增加当地政府的财税收入,提高当地居民的人均可支配收入,对陕西经济的发展有着很强的促进作用。并在此基础上,对陕西能源开发对经济促进作用的制约因素进行了分析探讨,结合具体情况提出了相应的对策建议。
Through an analysis of input- output table in Shaanxi（2002）, the method of input- output analysis is used in calculating the effects of input, output, industrial relevance and revenue allocation in Shaanxi energy industry. It is concluded that energy exploitation industry has higher forward and backward relevance to other industries, being able to drive the investment in them. And its output can also promote the development of other industries, increase the fiscal revenue of local government, and raise the per capita disposable income of local residents. Therefore, energy exploitation plays an important part in the economic development of Shaanxi. Meanwhile, an analysis focuses on some restrictive factors of energy exploitation in the improvement of Shaanxi economic, followed by some relevant suggestions to them.
