摘要
该文利用资源产业产值与工农业总产值的比,表达自然资源对经济总量的的贡献,纠正了以往研究中与国民生产总值(GDP)对比,可能夸大自然资源贡献的错误。又利用资源产业对国民生产总值增长贡献的大小,表达自然资源对经济增长率的贡献。从总量和增量两个方面,定量的探讨研究了自然资源对我国经济发展的贡献。研究结论表明最近15年来,自然资源对我国经济总量的贡献在30%左右,对增量的贡献虽然还没有准确结果,但提供的方法相信是可以利用的。
On the basis of comparing the output value of resource property with the gross output value of agriculture and industry, the paper analyses the contribution of natural resources to economic aggregate, and correct the traditional method of comparing to GDP, which probably results in exaggerating the contribution. It argues the contribution of natural resources to economic growth rate according to the level of contribution of resources property to the increase of Gross Domestic Product. The research shows that in the recent fifteen years, the contribution of natural resources to economic aggregate is around 30%. Although the contribution to the growth hasn't had the exact number by now, it argues the methods offered in this paper are useful. Owing to the limited data, the paper focuses on quantitative analysis on the contribution of some major natural resources to economic development of China based on ten-year's statistical data. It discusses the proportion of production value of major natural resource property in the economic aggregate in the same year, and the proportion of property growth in the economic aggregate growth by using economic contribution rate and economic growth contribution rate of natural resources. Furthermore, the role of natural resources in economic growth of China is discussed.
