摘要
通过构建经济发展质量评价指标体系,研究陕西省经济发展质量水平的动态变化情况。从经济增长的有效性、稳定性、持续性、福利性四个维度展开实证分析。结果显示,2005—2015年陕西省经济发展质量指数呈不断上升趋势,且与社会福利、成果分配等指数变动趋势相近,社会福利与成果分配、环境治理形成陕西省经济发展质量提升的主要影响因素。依据实证分析结果,对陕西省经济发展中出现的不合理因素进行梳理,得出产业结构不合理、城市化水平不高、城乡收入差距较大、环境保护投入不足等问题,从产业发展、结构调整、收入分配、环境治理和可持续发展等方面提出对策建议。
This paper studied the dynamic changes of the quality level of economic development in Shanxi Province by construction of an evaluation index system of the economic development quality, and conducted an empirical analysis from the dimensions of the effectiveness, stability, sustainability and welfare of economic growth. The results showed that the index of the economic development quality of Shanxi Province was increasing constantly from 2005 to 2015 and the changing trend was as same as that of such indexes as the distribution of social welfare and achievement distribution. It followed that the main factors which influenced the improvement of the quality of economic development in Shanxi Province included the social welfare, achievement distribution and environmental treatment. Furthermore, this paper made a thorough analysis to the unreasonable factors occurred in economic development on the basis of the empirical results, and drew the conclusions such as the unreasonable industrial structure, the backward urbanization, the income gap between the urban and the rural and the inadequate investment in environmental protection, etc. Finally, the author put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions in many ways.
