摘要
目的:观察地黄饮子对β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ25-35)诱导的PC12细胞损伤的保护作用。方法:通过HE染色、尼氏染色、电镜观察地黄饮子对细胞形态的影响。结果:地黄饮子可显著改善Aβ25-35损伤引起的PC12细胞形态的改变,减轻细胞膜的损伤,减少损伤所致的细胞死亡。结论:地黄饮子对Aβ25-35所致PC12细胞损伤具有较好的保护作用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of decoction of Rehmanniae on the injury of PC12 cell induced by Aβ（β-amyloid protein）. Methods： To investigate the change of conformation by HE Staining,Nissl＇s Staining and Electron microscope. Results： Decoction of Rehmanniae can prominently improve the conformation change of injurious PC12 cell, improve the cell energy,and reduce the injurious cellto death. Conclusion： Decoction of Rehmanniae canprotect the injurious cell.
