肿瘤坏死因子与冠心病及冠脉旁路移植术的关系 被引量:6

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子(tumour necrosis factor.TNF)参与冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、心肌炎等的发生发展,在冠心病及冠脉旁路移植术中的变化已经引起人们的关注,监测病理条件下血清TNF升高对机体造成的损害,已成为当前人们关注的课题,冠心病患者及心脏术后相关的炎性反应及术后并发性反应与TNF关系愈来愈引起人们的高度重视。
