摘要
创新环境是影响科技人才创新绩效的重要因素。本研究基于国内外研究文献,设计了企业科技人才的创新环境问卷,采用因子分析、方差分析等方法,对浙江省企业科技人员的创新环境分三个方面进行了研究,探讨了个体和企业层面因素对创新环境评价的影响。结果表明:不同类型的科技人才对创新激励环境的评价存在差异,不同类型企业的科技人才在创新支持环境和创新培训环境满意度上存在显著差异。
The innovation environment is an important factor that affects the innovation performance of scientific and technical personnel. Based on domestic and international research literature, this study design innovation environment questionnaire of the enterprise scientific and technical personnel, using factor analysis, variance analysis and other methods, this paper studies the three aspects of the innovation environment, and discusses the individual and corporate level factors that have effect on the evaluation of the innovation environment. The results show that： the different types of scientific and technological personnel have different evaluation on the innovation environment, and the scientific and technological personnel of different types of enterprises evaluate the innovation support environment and innovation training environment differently.
