摘要
利用双氧水对山羊绒纤维进行氧化防缩处理,通过模糊正交法及夹角余弦赋权法,得出主要评价指标(毡缩球体积、单纤维强力、纤维15 s压缩弹性回复率)的权重向量,依据正交试验的模糊运算法则用模糊综合评判模型得出双氧水氧化山羊绒纤维的最优氧化工艺:温度65℃,时间75 min,焦磷酸钠质量浓度2 g/L,双氧水用量8%(owf)。
Hydrogen peroxide was selected to treat cashmere fiber.Through fuzz mathematics method and the included angle cosine,the weight vector of the main evaluating indices(felting ball volume,single fiber strength and compression elastic recovery for 15 s) was obtained.The weight vector was elicited.On orthogonal tests and fuzzy theory,the optimum theating condition of cashmere for hydrogen peroxide was got: temperature 65 ℃,time 75 min,sodium pyrophosphate density 2 g /L,hydrogen peroxide 8%(owf).
