摘要
对羊毛纤维分别进行氧化处理和氯化处理,用X射线光电能谱仪对改性前后的毛纤维进行表面元素分析和基团分析,研究羊毛表面化学结构的变化情况,从微观上分析羊毛的改性机理。测试结果表明:经过氧化改性的毛纤维表面增加了锰元素,氯化改性后的毛纤维表面增加了钠、氯和硫元素。毛纤维原有的接氨基基团经过改性后都被打断而接入了含其它元素的基团。
After the potassium permanganate oxidation and chlorination treatment to wool fiber, it used X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to analyze wool and modified wool in order to study the change of chemical structure on the wool surface and analyse the mechanism of wool modification in microcosmic field. The experimental result showed that the mainly chemistry elements of the wool surface were C, N and O. After potassium permanganate modificating, Mn element increased on the wool surface, CI and Na element increased on the wool surface modified by chlorination technology. The superficial groups had also changed. The mellow base and the aldehyde group were oxidized to the carboxylic acid base, and some chemical bonds are also broken.
