摘要
以过氧乙酸为主剂,探讨pH值、过氧乙酸浓度、时间和温度等因素对羊毛防缩丝光的影响。通过正交试验得到的最佳工艺条件为:过氧乙酸4 g/L,pH值6,温度45℃处理45 m in,浴比1∶50。试验发现,在处理液中加入适量的硫酸钠进行一浴处理,并进行金属预敏化处理,可获得较好的效果;红外光谱测定表明,过氧乙酸主要与胱氨酸的反应。
Wool fabric is treated with peroxyacetic acid to obtain shrinkproof and mercerizing results, factors of pH value, peroxyacetic acid concentration, time and temperature on the results are discussed, the optimum conditions are defined via orthogonal tests, which is, peroxyacetic acid 4g/L, pH value 6, treating at 45℃ for 45 minutes, bath ratio 1 : 50. Better effects are available with the wool fabric treated with copper ions, followed by peroxyacetic acid and sodium sulfate in one bath. IR spectrum further illustrates the reactions between peroxyacetic acid and cystine.
