大豆皂甙具有多种生物学和药学性质,如抗脂质氧化、抗自由基、增强免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种生理功能,开发大豆皂甙具有广阔的前景。大豆皂甙已经在食品、药品、化妆品上有了广泛的应用。将其开发为一种新型饲料添加剂将会具有更大的潜力。
Soyasapenlns show different physiological and pharmacological properties,such as anti - lipid - peroxidation, anti - free radical, increasing immunoregulation ability, antitumor and antivirus function. According to its physiological activities, soyasaponins could be applied in food, medicine and cosmetic. Here we focus on the extration, the purification, the physiological function and the application of soyasaponins.
