摘要
教务处在高校教学质量内部保障体系的构建和实施过程当中起着主导作用。在此从高校内部质量保障体系的特点出发重新审视教务处的职能并对其职能转变的举措进行阐述。
The Educational Administration undertakes the construction and establishment tasks of the Internal Qualitity Guarantee Systerm in Universities. Based on the characteristic of Internal Qualitity Guarantee Systerm in Universities, the Educational Administration Office’s Function was revisited.,and then, the measure of function’s transformation was expounded.
