摘要
通过对形态实验室的教学科研等服务职能转变的分析,探讨专职实验师资的设立和培养与充分发挥形态实验室职能的关系,合格的专职实验师资队伍是完成综合性实验教学和科研任务的保障.
To investigate the relationship between the training of specific duty experimental teaching staff and performing the functions of morphological laboratory,the service functions for teaching and scientific research of morphological laboratory were analyzed. To achieve all teaching aims of systematical experiments and scientific research, the regular specific duty experimental teaching staff is necessary.
