摘要
教务处是全校教学工作组织的职能部门,代表学校行使教学管理职能。在校系两级管理模式下,教务处职能从传统的管理职能为主向服务、协调、指导、评价职能转变是高职高专教学发展所需。本文先对传统模式下高职高专教务处的职能进行了阐述与分析,并针对传统模式下所存在的问题提出了校系两级管理模式下教务处的职能如何实现转变。
Dean＇s office is the function department of organizing the teaching work the whole college, it represent the college to exercise management function. Under the model of management of college and department, it is necessary that the function of Dean＇s office change from the traditional management to the modem service. This article main analyze the traditional mod- el, and give some suggestions about how to realize the shift of the Dean＇s office＇s function.
