摘要
目的:研究草豆蔻挥发油对大鼠醋酸性胃溃疡的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:用醋酸涂抹法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型,实验设正常对照组,模型组,雷尼替丁组,草豆蔻挥发油高、中、低剂量组,术后连续给药14d,评价溃疡抑制率,测定胃液酸度及胃蛋白酶活性;测定大鼠血清的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:草豆蔻挥发油高、中剂量组能显著提高溃疡抑制率及降低胃液酸度和胃蛋白酶活性,明显升高大鼠血清的SOD活性,亦显著下调MDA的含量。结论:草豆蔻挥发油对大鼠醋酸性胃溃疡有较好的治疗作用,其作用机制可能为清除自由基。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of volatile oil of Alpinia Katsumadai on gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid in rats and to explore the mechanism of its action. METHODS Acetic acid was used to establish the gastric ulcer model. The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: experimental group, the model group, the low, middle and high dose of volatile oil of Alpinia Katsumadai groups and the ranitidine group. After the 14-day treatment, the ulcer inhibitory rate, the content of gastric acids, pepsin activity ,the SOD activity and MDA level were determined. RESULTS The volatile oil of Alpinia Katsumadai could significantly increase the ulcer inhibitory rate and the SOD activity , and reduce gastric pepsin activity and MDA level. CONCLUSION The volatile oil of Alpinia Katsurnadai had evident protective effects on gastric ulcer in rats. The mechanism of its action might be concerned with eliminating the free radicals.
