气质联用法分析宽唇山姜茎叶的挥发性成分 被引量:4

摘要 采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取宽唇山姜茎叶的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析,并以面积归一化法测定各个成分的相对含量。从宽唇山姜茎叶的挥发油中分别分离鉴定出了66个化合物,占其挥发油总量的94.76%,主要成分为杜松醇、β-蒎烯、蛇麻二烯酮、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五酮、草烯醛等。结果表明,宽唇山姜茎叶的挥发性成分非常丰富,许多化学成分具有药理药效作用,在医疗领域具有一定的利用价值。 The volatile oils were extracted by Simultaneous Distillation Extraction (SDE) from the stems and leaves of Alpinia platychilus K. Schumann and its chemical constituents were separated and iden- tified by GC-MS. The content of each constituent was determined by area normalizetion method. 66 compo- nents were identified, which constituted about 94.76% of the total volatile oils,the mian ones were cadinol, 13-pinene, humuladienone, 6, 10, 14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone, valerenal et al. Volatile components in stems and leaves of Alpinia platychilus K. Schumann. are abundant, and there are lots of active ingredients, which make it can be used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
