摘要
目的通过比较草豆蔻和小草蔻生药学方面的特征,为二者的准确区分提供参考依据。方法采用性状、显微、薄层色谱、高效液相特征图谱以及GC-MS分析方法对草豆蔻与小草蔻进行比较。结果草豆蔻种子团明显大于小草蔻,每室种子数远大于小草蔻;种子横切面观察可见草豆蔻色素层占种皮厚度的比值大于小草蔻,可作为二者性状及显微特征的区别点;草豆蔻与小草蔻成分差异显著,草豆蔻中主要活性成分小豆蔻明、桤木酮、山姜素以及乔松素等均未在小草蔻中检测到;草豆蔻挥发油含量在1.0%~1.8%,而小草蔻挥发油含量≤0.2%,且二者挥发性成分的种类和相对含量亦有区别。结论该研究可为草豆蔻与小草蔻的鉴定及深入研究提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To compare the Alpiniae katsumadai Semen with Alpiniae henryi Semen and establish effective discrimination methods.METHODS Macroscopical identification,microscopic identification,TLC identification,HPLC specific chromatogram and GC-MS analysis were carried out.RESULTS The seed masses of Alpiniae katsumadai Semen are significantly larger than that of Alpiniae henryi Semen,and the number of seeds on the surface of each locule of Alpiniae katsumadai Semen is also much more than that of Alpiniae henryi Semen.The ratio of pigment layer thickness to seed coat thickness of Alpiniae katsumadai Semen is also greater than that of Alpiniae henryi Semen.According to the results of TLC and HPLC specific chromatogram,it could be found that there are lots of differences between the two in composition.Cardamonin,alnustone,alpinetin and pinocembrin which are main active constituents in Alpiniae katsumadai Semen were not detected in Alpiniae henryi Semen.In addition,the volatile oil content of Alpiniae katsumadai Semen ranged from 1.0%to 1.8%,while that of Alpiniae henryi Semen was less than 0.2%.The types and relative contents of volatile components were also different.CONCLUSION This study can provide scientific basis for the identification and further study of Alpinia katsumadai semen and Alpiniae henryi Semen.
