摘要
草果作为一种重要的药食两用植物,具有广泛的生物学活性和药理作用。国内外研究表明,草果具有调节胃肠功能、减肥降脂、降血糖、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、防霉和抗炎镇痛等药理作用,临床上主要运用于脘腹胀痛等证。对于草果的化学成分,国内外主要集中于草果挥发油成分的研究,研究表明不同产地、不同形状及不同提取方法提取的草果挥发油的化学成分存在一定差异,但其主要成分总体差异不大,以1,8-桉油素和香叶醇为主。
Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemaire, which is not only used as medicine, but also used as food, has extensive biological activities and pharmacological actions. It is reported that Amomum tsao-ko has pharmacological actions including adjusting gastrointestinal function, reducing weight and blood lipid, decreasing blood sugar, antioxidation, anti-tumor, anti-mildew, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, etc. Therefore, it has been used in treating clinical diseases such as abdominal distension and pain. The researches on chemical composition of Amomum tsao-ko are mainly concentrated on the compositions of essential oil at home and abroad. The results show that the main components of essential oil are 1,8-cineole and geraniol.And the compositions of oil vary with shapes, localities, and extraction methods.
