摘要
随着规模化畜禽养殖场的发展,大量死畜禽的安全无害化处理日益受到关注,堆肥无害化处理死畜禽在国外得到大量研究及示范性应用。综述了死畜禽堆肥的原理以及通风、含水率、温度、C/N和pH等控制条件,详细介绍了堆肥处理死畜禽的研究进展及现状,讨论了不同堆肥类型处理死畜禽的优势和劣势,建议开展强制通风堆肥系统处理死畜禽方面的研究。
With the development of large-scale livestock and poultry farms,the safely and harmless disposal of dead animals has become an outstanding issue,and it has been massively studied and applied with demonstration abroad.This paper expounds the principle of composting system for dead livestock and poultry,and key parameters such as ventilation,moisture,temperature,C/N and pH;describes in detail the research progress and status quo of composting treatment for dead livestock and poultry;discusses about the advantages and disadvantages of different treatments for animal carcass composing;and proposes to carry out research on forced aeration composting system in disposing dead livestock and poultry.
