摘要
哲学概念中的预成论,视教师角色是圣人,是教育者,是专家。于是,教师成了道德的说教者,成了科学知识与真理的奉送者,成了学生认知与人格结构的塑造者。然而,生成论则从教师角色生成的角度,对预成论视野中的教师角色概念进行现代性反思,秉承教师角色是一种文化存在,是一种精神存在,是一种社会存在的观点,认为教师是认知、评价、决策与实践的生成者,与学生共享生命的资源;教师是道德、审美与信仰的生成者,与学生同构生命的意义与希望;教师是交往、政治与历史的生成者,与学生、社区共生成命的关系网络。
From the perspective of pre--formation theory, teacher is a sage, educator and an expert. Thus, teacher has become the moral preacher, the knowledge deliver, as well as the personality shapers of students. In contrast, in the view of creation theory, teacher is a kind of cultural presence, a kind of spiritual being, a kind of social existence. Teacher is regarded as the creator of cognition, assessment, decision and practice who shares life resources together with students; as the creator of morality, aesthetics and belief who construct the life meaning and hope with students; as the creator of communication, politics and history who
