摘要
教育质量是衡量一个国家或地区教育发展水平的一项重要指标。我国现行的只重评价不重调控的教育质量评价方式已经远远不能适应时代的需要。构建教育质量监控系统,实行三层教育质量监控,随时把握我国教育质量变动信息,并加以及时调控,对于保证与提高我国的教育质量意义重大。
Educational quality is an important measurement of the level of education in a given region or country. However, the current Chinese assessing means paying more attention to the evaluation than controlling cannot meet the need. The writers of the paper propose that it is significant to construct, perform and dynamically coordinate the three dimensions of the monitoring system of the educational quality.
