高校创新型科研团队隐性知识共享意愿研究 被引量:40

Study on the influencing factors of the intention to share tacit knowledge in the innovative scientific research team of university

摘要 基于计划行为理论,围绕高校创新型科研团队隐性知识共享意愿展开研究,构建了研究模型,以国内26所重点高校的科研团队为样本并运用结构方程模型对其进行了检验和修正。研究结果表明:个体特征(需要满足度、利他主义、荣誉感)、内部机制(人际信任、团队凝聚力、授权式领导)、支撑性框架(自我效能、资源充足度)对高校创新型科研团队隐性知识共享意愿有显著的正向影响;支撑性框架维度中的成员异质性对其有显著的负向影响。最后,根据以上研究结果提出了提高高校创新型科研团队隐性知识共享意愿的策略及建议,为提高其科研创新能力提供了有益的指导。 Based on the theory of planned behavior,we focused on the influencing factors of the intention to share tacit knowledge in the innovative scientific research team of university to study,construct a research models.Then,we examined and revised the research model by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) basing on the date of 26 domestic scientific research team of university.The result showed that,in the innovative scientific research team of university,personal feature(need satisfaction,sense of altruism and honor),internal mechanism(interpersonal trust,team cohesion and authorized leadership),and support framework(self-efficacy and resources adequacy) significantly contributed to the intention to share tacit knowledge,however,heterogeneity significantly had a negative effect on the intention to share tacit knowledge.Finally,based on the research result,we provided some useful strategies and suggestions for the innovative scientific research team of university to enhance the intention to share tacit knowledge and provided useful guidance for improving its research innovation abilities.
