高校科研团队知识传承路径的扎根研究 被引量:5

Research on knowledge succession path of research team in university——based on grounded theory

摘要 应用扎根理论,构建一个14个范畴和4个主范畴的高校科研团队知识传承的关键因素及其路径模型。研究发现:知识传承的关键因素包括传承主体、传承情景、传承过程和传承效能。传承主体的意愿和传承情境是知识传承行为发生的内在和外在心理感知,但二者的促成机理存在差异;传承过程和传承效能两个主范畴是知识传承的保障与评价机制。知识传承的路径发生着探寻、互动和反馈的作用机制,其中每个环节都可能会使传承过程发生中断。研究结论有助于高校科研团队规避知识传承中障碍,提高传承效率提供思路。 Based on grounded theory, this study constructs a model which is made of 14 categories and 4 main categories of knowledge succession factors and path. It is found that the key factors include subject, context, process and efficiency of succession. Willingness and context are the knowledge succession behavior of intrinsic and extrinsic mental perception, which are different in contributing mechanism. Process and efficiency are the guarantee and evaluation mechanism of knowledge succession. The path of knowledge suc- cession includes exploration, interaction and feedback mechanisms, which may be made interruption in each link of the succession process. The conclusion of the study contributes to avoid obstacles of knowledge succession for the scientific research team in universi- ty, providing ideas to improve the succession efficiency.
