摘要
不论在自然科学领域还是社会科学领域,科研协作已经成为完成重大研究项目的重要组织形式,如何调动研究者参与合作的积极性值得深入研究。高校教师是参与科研工作的重要群体,以广西为例,对高校教师参与科研合作的意愿与现状展开调查分析,并从利益分配、内部资源整合及研究环境3个层面提出了促进科研合作的制度建议。
No matter in natural science or social science, scientific research cooperation has become an important organiza- tion to accomplish major research programs. It would be worth studying how to improve researcher＇s willingness of cooper- ation. Teachers in universities and colleges are an important group participating in scientific research. This paper investi gates and analyzes the research cooperation willingness and the status quo, taking Guangxi universities and colleges for ex- ample. Then we propose some advice on improving research cooperation in the aspects of benefit allocation, inside resource integration, and research environment.
