摘要
根据W IPO《国际专利分类号与技术领域对照表》,对国内外在华职务发明专利授权予以统计,并对不同子技术领域国内外的技术比较优势进行了分析;其次,对不同子技术领域,特别复杂技术子领域国内职务专利权人面临国外专利封锁的动态进行了探讨;最后,讨论了分析结果的政策含义。
This paper firstly establishes service invention patent grant count classified by technology fields according to WIPO＇s IPC and Technology Concordance Table.Secondly,the technological comparative advantages in the different technology fields based domestic and foreign service invention patent statistics is analyzed.Thirdly,patterns of foreign patent fencing in the different technology fields and their dynamics are explored.Finally,the policy implications of the findings are discussed.
