摘要
从专利发展速度、授权率、专利结构分析了湖南省专利发展的总体情况,并利用布局系数和顺序分布模型,从区域特化角度分析了近年来湖南省各地区专利结构区域分布和变动的差异,最后针对湖南省专利发展特点,提出了一些建议。
The overall situation of patent development in Hunan is analyzed from the perspectives of the rate of patent development, the rate of patents granted and the patent structure. Then, the regional distribution and change differences of patent structure of Hunan province are analyzed by using a location quotient index and a sequence distribution mode. Finally, some advices are provided according to the fea- tures of Hunan patent development.
