摘要
报道了产胞外木聚糖酶放线菌的筛选方法。实验表明,PH6.0±0.5可用作一般放线菌木聚糖酶活力测定的酸碱度。分离并筛选了一株产胞外木聚糖酶活力高的链霉菌(Streptomycessp.Strz-6),酶活力达9.77IU/ml,酶最适作用温度和酸碱度分别为55℃和pH6.5;Na+、K+、Ca2+等离子对木聚糖酶有激活作用,而Fe3+、Zn2+、Cu2+等离子明显抑制酶的活性。
This paper reports the method for screening extracellular - xylanase - producing Actinomyces. The results showed the pH 6.0±0. 5 can generally be used for acidity and/or alkalinity detedrination of the xylanase activity of Actinomyces. Streptompees sp. Str - z - 6 that preduced high yield of extracellular xylanase was screened. The enzyme activity was9. 77IU/ml. The optimal telnperature and pH for xylanas activity were 55℃ and pH 6. 5 respectively. Na+, K+ and Ca2+ increased the enzyme activity, whereas Fe3+, Cu2+ and Ag+ obviously inhibited it.
