摘要
对从土壤中筛选到的一株枯草芽孢杆菌XY1905木聚糖酶的酶学性质进行了初步研究,结果表明:木聚糖酶测定的最佳条件是pH为6,反应时间10min,反应温度60℃;热稳定性很强,在80℃下保温1h,剩余酶活96.44%;对金属离子不敏感。
The study were carried out to measure the properties of xylanase by bacillus subtilis XY1905 which was screened from the soil. The result showed that the optimal conditions for measuring the activity of xylanase were: reaction pH 6.0, reaction time 10 min. reaction temperature 60℃. Xylanase is stable when heated and 96.44% of activity remained after 1h at 80℃. It is unsensitive to metalli cions.
