摘要
运用灰色关联度测定理论,以浙江某高校2002～2009届毕业硕士研究生为研究对象,通过对影响其学位论文质量因子的设定,并结合实证分析法计算了各因子与学位论文质量之间的关联度及其综合排序.结果表明:导师、毕业院校、论文选题来源、应届生对硕士论文质量影响最为显著,而性别、生源户口对硕士论文质量影响相对不显著.并根据实证结果,提出了一些问题解决的思路与对策,对高校提高管理绩效、保障硕士学位论文质量具有一定的参考意义.
Gray relational analysis method is used in this paper to analyze the correlation degrees of the master thesis quality and the associated influence factors based on the data collected from a university from 2002 through 2009.The relationship between the thesis quality and integral ordering fashion is obtained using GRA.The results indicate that student advisor,school,source of thesis topic and status of freshly graduated students are very closely related with the master thesis quality.In contrast,student gender and native birth place show much less relevance with the thesis quality.This empirical study based on GRA can render helpful reference for master thesis quality control for universities in China.
