摘要
目的:探讨新城疫病毒疫苗对自然人群EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体转阴的作用。方法:使用新城疫病毒疫苗鼻腔喷雾法治疗血清EBV-VCA-IgA抗体1:10以上的自然人群31例,并与47例安慰剂治疗作对照。结果:治疗组的抗体滴度下降、转阴率(77.42%)和波动率(6.45%)明显高于对照组的自然下降、转阴率(40.42%)和波动率(2.13%);而治疗组的抗体滴度不变率(12.9%)和上升率(3.23%)则明显低于对照组(分别为46.8%和10.6%)(P<0.005)。结论;新城疫病毒疫苗治疗VCA-IgA抗体阳性自然人群,有促进抗体滴度下降或者转阴的潜在作用。
Objective: To investigate the negative-transforming effect of Newcastle disease virus vaccines on IgA antibody in persons with EB virus VCA. Methods: 31 persons with VCA-IgA positive from natural crowd were treated with NDV vaccines and compared with 47 persons treated with placebo. Results: The effective rate of falling plus negative-transforming rate of ie group receiving the therapy was 77. 42%; the undulating rate,6. 45 %; the unchanged rate, 12. 9 %; and the rising rate, 3. 23 %. Whereas, the rates mentioned above in the control group were 40. 42%, 2. 13%, 46. 8% and 10. 6% respectively. There was remarkable difference between the two groups (P <0. 005). Conclusion: NDV vaccines may have a potential effect of promoting the foiling and negative-transforming of EBV-VCA-IgA antibody titer
