摘要
本文采用生姜提取液与其它成分复合制成抗氧化纸,将其与传统油炸食品酥角一起用塑料袋密封,结果表明抗氧化纸具有良好的抗氧化作用,延长了油炸食品的保质期。
Antioxidative paper were made with antioxidative substances extracted from ginger and other components. This paper was sealed with Chinese traditional oil fried food-sujiao. The conclusion showed that this paper had excellent antioxidation and could prolong the storage period of fried foods.
