摘要
目的:考察不同载药量的阿司匹林聚乳酸微球在不同pH缓冲溶液中体外释药行为,并建立体外释放释药方程。方法:采用乳化-溶剂挥发法制备聚乳酸微球。由紫外分析法测定微球的药物含量及体外释药量。结果:不同载药微球在不同pH释放介质下释放动力学均符合一级释药方程。结论:阿司匹林聚乳酸微球具有很好的控释能力,微球的体外释放率与释放介质pH及载药量有关。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the release in vitro behavior of aspirin PLA microspheres at different pH and the differ ent loading of drug. To develop the release in vitro equation. METHODS PLA microspheres were prepared by emulsion-solvent evaporation. Content and amounts of release in vitro were analyzed using ultraviolet spectrograph (UV). RESULTS The release behavior obeyed the first order kinetic equation. CONCLUSION The controlled release effect of PI.A microspheres was good. The release rate in vitro is related to the pH value and the loading of drug.
